Hi,
Unfortunately not, the telephone antenna would be tuned to a completely different frequency and it would probably damage the cb if you tried to use it.
You dont have to have a massive antenna on your CB anymore though. We do antennas that are only 2 feet long now.

I use a 3ft silver srpinger on my brothers Corsa C VIA a mag mount!
I also use my 7ft SIRIO HY-POWER 3000 on my brothers Corsa C!
