Yes we are taking silly money, but iv been into radio since the 80s so to me its money well spent.ask porky which is the better radio to go for,for what you need.

hi padster if you take a look at the thunderpole webbsite at 10 METERS radios they do the same sort of thing !!
but i love my lincoln radios but you can pick up a good ssb radio these days for around £100 or so

it says i have to have a amaetuer licence before you can buy why is this
