would a (other company) 13.8v 5-7 amp output power pack(obviously used for ssb)cause any damage when powering up a small rig ie the tti tcb550 i know it should be 3-5 amp output but was just wondering thanks in advance for any replies

It will only draw as many amps as it needs.
