Newbie to CB

[Marmite]

Hi all

Just thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Matt and live in Somerset. Have just purchased my first CB from Thunderpole today....have gone for the off road pack as I have a Jeep and the roads in Poland, where my other half is from, demand a tough vehicle....hence the tough CB choice!

If there is anyone around Somerset then let me know.

Cheers and look forward to some chat on here and on the airwaves!!

Matt

Hi and Welcome to the Forum Matt

Hi Matt

Listen out for the Homesteaders Net (UK Ch27 from 1:30-4pm every Wednesday), the Papa Lima Net (EU Ch28 9pm-midnight every Saturday), the Sunday DX (UK Ch32 2pm-4pm) and the Bank Holiday Charlie Tango Nets on UK Ch34 - plenty of activity in the South West, but making the effort to get to high ground makes all the difference with range
