while me and a local lad was chatting on channel 7 we keep getting our local taxi office come on talking to there drivers are they bleeding through on to channel 7 on there two way radios or would they just use cb radios and if so is this allowed

i use a mini orbital cos it on a 4x4 and hit trees and stuff but what would be best antenna to use to get best range all help would be great

do most lorry drivers fit them so the get more range and if so what kind of size do they use and what kind of range do the get?

i drive a landy with a mini orbital with a team 4 cb radio with 100 amp burner and think i might use same set up at home and will be able to find out true range

heard burners work on fm cb but everyone i seen has side band or am surely they cant work with fm can they if so what do select am or side band?

just interested to see what are the rules for these radios like if you need licence and is transmit power more than normal cb can they be used in a motor car or truck why would you choose one over normal cb i no these question may seem silly to all you cb men but iam new to cb
